LOUNAAT:
Dennis-ravintoloissa on tarjolla useita lounasvaihtoehtoja.
Ravintolakohtaiselle kotiruokalounaslistalle on merkitty annoskohtaiset erityisruokavaliomerkinnät:
G=gluteeniton, L=laktoositon, VL=vähälaktoosinen
Tilatessa voi myös kysyä voiko tarjolla olevasta lounaasta, jossa ei ole merkintöjä, saada gluteenittoman tai laktoosittoman version.
PIZZAT:
Kaikkia ruokalistojemme pizzoja on mahdollista tilata gluteenittomana.
Gluteeniton pizzapohjamme sisältää rakenteensa vuoksi myös hieman vehnätärkkelystä. Tuotteen valmistukseen käytetty tärkkelyksen määrä on kuitenkin niin vähäinen, että sitä voi kutsua gluteenittomaksi, mutta ei luontaisesti gluteenittomaksi.
Gluteeniton pohjamme valmistetaan Kaarinan leipomomme eristetyssä tilassa ja pakataan siellä. Pizza menee ravintolassa uuniin samalla leivinpaperilla, johon se on tehtaalla pakattu. Uunista tullessa pizza irroitetaan paperilta vasta lautasella.
Ravintolassa, jossa gluteeniton pizza valmistetaan, myös käytetään jauhoja, joten tilassa voi leijua pieniä määriä vehnäpölyä.
PASTAT:
Kaikkia ruokalistamme pasta-annoksia voi tilata gluteenittomana.
Gluteeniton pastamme on luontaisesti gluteenitonta, joten se sopii erinomaisesti myös erittäin vehnäherkille herkuttelijoille.
Kermapohjaisissa pastakastikkeissamme käytämme ainoastaan vähälaktoosista kermaa.
JÄLKIRUOAT:
Myös jälkiruokalistaltamme löytyy vaihtoehtoja gluteenittomana sekä laktoosittomana.
