300 g voita tai margariinia
4 dl sokeria
5 munaa
6 dl gluteenitonta jauhoseosta
4 tl leivinjauhetta (kukkurallista)
1 rkl vaniljasokeria
1 rkl kanelia (ceylonin kanelia luomukaupasta)
4 banaania
4 dl pakastepuolukoita
Kuorrutus
1 dl tomusokeria
2 tl sitruunanmehua
Vaahdota rasva ja sokeri. Lisää munat yksitellen hyvin vatkaten. Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään ja siivilöi ne taikinaan.
Soseuta kypsät banaanit ja 2 desiä puolukoita, sekoita sose taikinaan. Lisää taikinaan vielä 2 desiä kokonaisia puolukoita varovasti nostellen.
Kaada taikina leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipannulle ja paista 175 asteessa noin 35 minuuttia. Anna jäähtyä.
Sekoita keskenään tomusokeri ja sitruunamehu, koristele levy seoksella.
Ohje napattu Maku-lehdestä ja muutettu gluteenittomaksi. Hyviä olivat ja mehukkaita sekä nousivat hyvin.
