Söin Skanssin Martinassa mascarponekanaa, joka oli merkitty gluteenittomaksi. Tarjoilija varmisti kokilta, että suuruste oli gluteeniton ja että ranskikset olivat keitetty puhtaassa rasvakeittimessä. Silti ruokailun jälkeen tuli kova turvotus -en mene enää sinne syömään.
