2dl vettä
100g voita
1pss kuivahiivaa
1 muna
½dl sokeria
½tl suolaa
½rkl psylliumia
2dl Farinan karkeita riisijauhoja
3dl Provenan gluteenittomia jauhoja
3/4dl mantelijauhoja
1dl Provenan jauhoja leipomiseen
voita ja kanelia pullien sisään
Lämmitä vesi reilusti kädenlämpöiseksi ja sulata voi. Yhdistä.
Lisää muut ainekset paitsi jauhot ja anna turpoilla 5-10min.
Sekoita sähkövatkaimella nopealla teholla noin ½dl jauhomäärälisäyksillä, jotta taikinaan tulee sitkoa.
Anna taikinan kohota 20min lämpimässä paikassa (esim. mikron jälkilämmössä).
Kauli taikinasta 2 levyä, voitele voilla ja lisää kanelia. Halutessasi voit lisätä myös sokeria, jos sokeri sinun ruokavalioosi kuuluu. Rullaa tangoiksi ja leikkaa 15-20kpl paloja. Laita joko kierteinä paperivuokiin tai painele korvapuustin malliin sormella leivinpaperin päälle. Laita uuni lämpeämään 225`C. Voit halutessasi munavoidella pullat ja lisätä raesokeria päälle. Itse jätin voitelematta ja sokeroimatta. Paista 10-12min.
