1,5dl sokeria
1dl Semperin hienoa jauhoseosta (luont. glut)
0,5dl perunajauhoa
1tl leivinjauhetta
2rkl kaakaojauhetta
Sekoita kuivat jauhot, leivinjauhe ja kaakaojauhe valmiiksi kulhoon. Vatkaa toisessa kulhossa kananmunat ja sokerit kuohkeaksi vaahdoksi. Siivilöi jauhoseos muna-sokerivaahdon sekaan ja sekoita varovasti. Paista uunin keskitasolla 225 asteessa noin 10 minuuttia.
HUOM. Ohje sopiva noin 35cm*40cm kokoiselle uunipellille. Jos peltisi on suurempi, tee ohje tarvittaessa 1,5 tai 2 kertaisena!
Täyte:
125g huoneenlämpöistä voita
1,5dl tomusokeria
1,5tl vanilliinisokeria
1 kananmunan keltuainen
Vatkaa voi ja sokerit sähkövatkaimella napakaksi seokseksi (väri muuttuu vaaleammaksi). Lisää keltuainen ja sekoita vielä hetki.
Levitä täyte jäähtyneelle pohjalle ja lisää halutessasi vielä hilloa (esim. vadelma tai omena) ja kääri torttu rullaksi.
Tortun voi täyttää myös kermavaahdolla ja hillolla.
