Ainekset pellilliseen omenapiirakkaa
3 munaa
2 ½ dl sokeria
100 g margariinia
1 ½ dl maitoa tai vettä
4 ½ dl gluteenitonta leivonnaisiin käytettävää vaaleaa
jauhoseosta (esim.Sunnuntai )
1 ½ tl leivinjauhetta
Pinnalle kuorittuja viipaloituja omenaviipaleita,kanelia ja sokeria
Valmistus:
1.Laita uuni kuumenemaan 225 asteeseen ja vuoraa reunallinen
pelti leivinpaperilla.
2.Kuori omput ja viipaloi ne
3.Kiehauta neste ja rasva keskenään
4.Vatkaa sokeri ja munat vaahdoksi
5.Lisää vaahtoon kuuma neste-rasvaseos ja jauhot johon on
sekoitettu leivinjauhe.
6.Kaada taikina pellille ja lado omenaviipaleet
pinnalle.Ripoittele jauhettua kanelia ja sokeria
omenaviipaleiden päälle
7.Kypsennä piirakkaa 15-20 min uunin toiseksi alimmaisella
tasolla (ohje normaaliuunille,ei kiertoilmalle)
Huom. Tee samalla pohjalla erillaisia piirakoita käyttäen
esim.raparperinpaloja,mustikoita tai herukoita.
Omena-ja raparperipiirakan ohella on ihana maistella lisukkeena jäätelöä tai vatkatua vanilijavaahtoa
