Taikina:
5 dl vettä
25 g hiivaa
2 tl berHUSKIA
½ dl oliiviöljyä
1 tl Pansuolaa
2 dl Jytte Tumma -jauhoja
4 dl Jytte Vaalea -jauhoja

Pinnalle:
aurinkokuivattuja
tomaatteja
mustia kivettömiä oliiveja
tuoretta tai kuivattua
rosmariinia ja oreganoa

Focaccia
Liuota hiiva kädenlämpöiseen veteen. Lisää berHUSK ja anna
seistä 10 minuuttia.
Lisää oliiviöljy, suola ja jauhot. Vaivaa taikina yleiskoneella hyvin.
Taputtele taikina öljytyin käsin leivinpaperin päälle pellille. Anna
kohota leivinliinalla peitettynä noin puoli tuntia.
Painele aurinkokuivatut tomaatit, oliivit, rosmariini ja oregano
taikinaan. Voit ripotella mausteeksi vähän suolahiutaleita.
Paista focacciaa 225 asteen uuninlämmössä noin 20 minuuttia
tai kunnes pinta on kauniin värinen.
