Korson Kotipizzassa kyselin tarkemmin siitä, kuinka he huolehtivat gluteenittomuudesta. Kuulema ravintolassa pohjat pyöritellään vehnäjauhon sijaan riisijauhoissa. Näin on kuulema monessa muussakin Kotipizzassa. Eli ilmassa pöllyävä jauho on riisijauhoa. Toki siis normipohjat on edelleen tehty vehnästä mutta ilolla tervehdin tätäkin asiaa.
