Onko kellään tietoa kiinalaisen ruoan gluteenittomuudesta, esim. mitä eri gluteenipitoisia viljoja kiinalaisessa ruoassa käytetään, missä ruoissa, onko kuinka ravintolakohtaista, jne?
lähteet kiinnostavat toki myös mikäli sellaisia on.
